The software itself develops
through our partnership with you. All requests you make are logged on our Change
Request Management System, (the CRMS). A Senior Consultant reviews each request.
Perhaps there is already a way of doing what you want? If not, it is briefly
assessed for applicability and cost. If feasible in outline it is put forward to
our Change Control Board, (the CCB), staffed by senior managers from Sales and
Marketing, Operations and Development, whose responsibility it is to prioritise
and schedule new releases of the product. The story does not end there, of
course, the successful change request will go through many more phases, but the
goal of the CCB is to ensure we deliver the improvements you want.
The great bulk of these
improvements are delivered to you free of any further charge as
part of our normal update service. New releases, containing your requested
changes, are typically issued three or four times a year. In the meantime our
support staff will be happy to keep you up-to-date with the progress of any
requests you make.
In addition, on the payroll front, we work closely
with the HMRC to maintain our Tested and
Approved Status so you can be sure we meet the highest legislative standards and
you get the best of the governments on-line portals.
