run a modern, progressive payroll including:
- The ability to run many payrolls, each with multiple users.
- A comprehensive implementation of all current UK tax and NI legislation
with full history, including Year-End reports and magnetic file submission.
- Configurable batch input routines, including spreadsheet imports.
- Multiple, configurable spreadsheet exports of current and historical
data.
- Pension and AVC contribution calculation and records.
- Calculation and recording of all current UK Attachment of Earnings.
- Full SSP and SMP calculation and recording.
- Maintenance of an unlimited numbers of employees, paid either weekly,
fortnightly, lunar, monthly, quarterly or annually.
- Additions of different types, all configurable.
- Deductions and loans of different types, all configurable.
- Optional recording and re-couping of deduction arrears.
- Payment by Cash, Cheque, BACS and all current options offered by leading
banks, with the option of two payment methods per employee.
- The ability to correct previous periods, deal with late notification of
starters and leavers and make late payments to leavers.
- Current and historical payslip display
