Your general rules about costing are set up,
stored and applied automatically by CINTRA in each pay period. These can be as
simple or as complex as you require. Costs can be split by percentage, analysed
by payment type, or a combination of both. Any exceptions to these rules, for
example time worked on one-off projects, can easily be handled at input time.
Optionally, all costs can be analysed at input time. By costs we mean here all
monies paid to the employee.
Overheads, principally employer’s NI and pension contributions less rebates, are
allocated according to your requirements. They can be allocated to separate
accounts, split across departments, or automatically proportioned to the
analysis of direct costs.
This means fast, reliable, automatic cost analysis, every period.
