software solutions main features. Successful implementation, though, requires
clear agreement on business objectives, mutual responsibilities and the matching
of functionality and procedures. To achieve this you can talk to our HR and
payroll consultants and, of course, we would be happy to come and see you to
demonstrate our solutions and answer any questions you might have.
During the course of these meetings and conversations, we build up a detailed
description of all your requirements, which is then documented into a customer
portfolio. As part of our sales proposal procedure, this portfolio is checked by
our technical team as a matter of course, to ensure that we are able to deliver
what you require.
Before the implementation process begins, we work with you to agree requirements
detail, implementation time-scales and mutual responsibilities.
All of Cintra's software solutions are written and developed exclusively by Cintra HR and
Payroll Services, thereby reducing our reliance on third parties and ensuring we
can be as responsive to your needs as possible.
