Out-source your input

If you need to offload responsibility for data entry then our Managed On-Line Solution allows you to out-source your payroll administration but still obtain full and immediate access to all of your payroll data direct from your desktop.

How it works

We provide two copies of CINTRA, one on your system and one on ours. The systems are connected by a standard, dial-up, phone line and a pair of fast modems. Your copy is always available for enquiries, reporting and data extracts. You send us your input, typically by email. As we update the payroll a sophisticated protocol automatically keeps the two copies synchronised.

• Once you have agreed the results we make the BACS submission for you, and print security payslips and an agreed set of reports and journal extracts.
• We reconcile the payroll, close off the period and update your copy.
