If you want to cut the workload on your printers, or avoid the cost of a sealing machine for security laser payslips or P60s, then use this service like a remote part of your network. It is available with our InHouse and Online options. Once signed up, you simply press a button on your Cintra reports dialogue to email us the report. We print it, seal the payslips or P60s, and send the output back by courier. We will even frank the payslips and mail them to your employees if you want.

Out-source your printing

Use this service like a remote part of your network to reduce manual labour, cut the workload on your printers and avoid the cost of a sealing machine for security laser payslips or P60s. It is available with our In House and On Line options. Once signed up, you simply press a button on your CINTRA reports dialogue to email us the report. We print it, seal the payslips or P60s, and send the output back by courier. We can even frank the payslips and mail them direct to your employees if you so wish.

As an additional service we can print your company logo on your payslips. Simply provide us with your logo and we’ll take care of the rest.

BACS Payments

If you opt for a bureau service, Cintra HR & Payroll Services can make BACS payments on your behalf and can manage all of the processes involved in running your payroll. Our service includes the option of nominating Cintra to pay over and send third party liabilities on your behalf. You have the flexibility to let Cintra manage all of your payroll liabilities or you can even nominate us to send some of the payments, the choice is entirely up to you.

P11D

This can be used to input expenses and benefits received by employees, including company cars and mileage. A P11D printout will be produced for each employee, taking the pain out of benefit calculation.

myCintra Online Employee Self Service Payslips

myCintra provides your employees with online 24/7 access to view and/or print their current and any previous period payslips held in the system. A dynamic drill down facility enable myCintra payslips to contain much more information than could possibly be printed on a standard payslip and saves you time having to field employee queries. This is an invaluable solution to widely distributed organisations and companies with employees based overseas.

Time & Attendance Interface

Data from your time & attendance system can be fed directly into the payroll, avoiding duplicate data entry. TimePlan provide a personnel planning and wage control solution based on the latest technology, which is particularly well suited to the retail sector and which can easily and seamlessly be linked to Cintra’s payroll software.
