Salary Management Module
Cintra offers a powerful Salary Management module to allow you to manage spinal column related salaries, salary increments, backdated pay awards and grade payments.
- Salary tables have effective and active dates so that all backdated pay awards are generated with reference to the effective date at user request and the relevant backpay is generated.
- Backdated pay awards can also be imported from spreadsheets
- You can appoint employees at Spot Salaries and relate them to Pay Bands so that pay increments reflect maximum allowed at that level..
- The pro-ration of salaries is dependent on weeks worked per year as well as hours worked per week. This is particularly useful for teaching staff where term-time only appointments are made.
- Salary increments can be automatic and anniversary driven or user driven on fixed dates or manually.
- Employees can be appointed to jobs with a future date.
- Employees may have up to 5 concurrent jobs and the detail of each appointment can be seen on the payslip if required.
- Each appointment can be linked to hourly rates and related payments, such as overtime, can be paid at different rates within a pay period, should the employee have received an increment mid period.
- Grades can be set up with related payments so that when an employee is appointed to such grade the related payment can also be pro-rated.
- Contracts can be suspended such that no salary payment is made e.g. when an employee is on maternity leave.
