Core Module

The Core Module contains everything you need to run a modern, progressive payroll including:

• The ability to run many payrolls, each with multiple users.
• A comprehensive implementation of all current UK tax and NI legislation with full history, including Year-End reports and magnetic file submission.
• Configurable batch input routines, including spreadsheet imports.
• Multiple, configurable spreadsheet exports of current and historical data.
• Pension and AVC contribution calculation and records.
• Calculation and recording of all current UK Attachment of Earnings.
• Full SSP and SMP calculation and recording.
• Maintenance of an unlimited numbers of employees, paid either weekly, fortnightly, lunar, monthly, quarterly or annually.
• Additions of different types, all configurable.
• Deductions and loans of different types, all configurable.
• Optional recording and re-couping of deduction arrears.
• Payment by Cash, Cheque, BACS and all current options offered by leading banks, with the option of two payment methods per employee.
• The ability to correct previous periods, deal with late notification of starters and leavers and make late payments to leavers.
• Current and historical payslip display
