Cintra HR consists of a suite of base modules, offering a wide range of functionality from recruitment to retirement. We understand that organisations differ, not only by market sector, but individually, in terms of goals, strategies and, crucially, resources.
Cintra HR is designed in a way that allows our clients to model all stages of employment. It facilitates the recording of applicant, employee, job and post records with as much, or as little detail attached to it as you need.
Cintra HR comes complete with a standard customisation toolkit, which enables us to add new fields, new forms and new record types for you, along with added functionality in the form of powerful user-definable calculations and validations, as per your exact specifications.
Flexible Configuration
The standard Cintra HR model is sold as an in-house deployment and the system can be fully customised to suit your own individual needs, using Cintra HR’s powerful customisation toolkit. Purchasing payroll at the same time is a popular option as it combines all the benefits of a fully integrated HR/payroll solution with the security and ease of use of a bureau service. Dependent on configuration you choose, you only need enter data once to see its effect throughout the system and to get the benefits of detailed pay history available as a personnel reporting option.

HR Tools
Cintra HR provides users with a highly configurable set of design tools, which are very easy to use. It is very easy to add new tables, fields and also customise, and add new screens. As well as designing your own screen and fields you can specify calculations that manipulate data during the reading or writing of information and also validations that check the format and conditions before information is saved. Because the system is using a Microsoft SQL database then external stored procedures and triggers can also be introduced.
