During the course of these meetings and conversations, we build up a detailed description of all your requirements, which is then documented into a customer portfolio. As part of our sales proposal procedure, this portfolio is checked by our technical team as a matter of course, to ensure that we are able to deliver what you require.
Before the implementation process begins, we work with you to agree requirements detail, implementation time-scales and mutual responsibilities.
