Using our On-Line Solution means you retain hands-on control of your input data combined with full access to the payroll on your desktop and freedom from most of the hassle of payroll administration

How it works

Your desktop copy of Cintra is connected to one of our secure, backed-up servers. We provide two copies of CINTRA, one on your system and one on ours. The systems are connected by a standard, dial-up, phone line and a pair of fast modems. A sophisticated protocol automatically keeps the two copies in sync. Thus making sure that only one party can update the payroll at any one time, while your copy is always available for enquiry.

The Benefits

• Instead of entering each period’s payroll data on paper forms or electronic spreadsheets, as in a standard bureau operation, you enter data directly into the payroll, at your convenience.
• Run payroll for trial calculation any number of times. This makes checking the results much easier and gives you a chance to make corrections. When you are satisfied you make a final submission.
• We make the BACS submission for you. Hassle-free payment. No need for BACS transmission software.
• We print security payslips for you. No more headaches with payslip printing. No need for special printers.
• We reconcile the payroll and produce all of the standard reports and journals you require. We then return the payroll, ready for the next period’s input. So you don’t have to deal with payroll chores.
• Even while the payroll is with us you can make enquiries, produce reports and export data from your local copy. So you always have access.
• At Year End we produce the returns. No more Year-End hassles.
• Your payroll is always safe. Every time you make a submission your data is backed up.
• We handle the more unusual transactions, like previous period corrections, so we minimise the need for specialist payroll knowledge.
