CintraHR is a integrated Human Resources
and Payroll solution consisting of a set of base modules offering a wide
range of functionality from recruitment to retirement. The key question is,

While the main HR component of CintraHR resides on your server, the Cintra
payroll may be run either in-house or using one of our out-sourced options.

ease of use of a bureau service.

graphs. As for the security, it follows that you are only allowed to
report on the fields that you have been given access to, as well as the
groups or group of records you are allowed to see. Your report can be
further protected by making to private to you so no one else can change
it or see it.

Cintra HR provides an easy to use import and Exporting tool. Select from
a list of tables to import or export from, then select the fields that
you want to export or import and then finally decide the format you are
using e.g.CSV or tab delimited. During an import you can also ask the
system to set up the tables and history records as you import data.
- Record level security to the data is provided, allowing you restrict
the records that can be viewed by each user.
- Field level access can be defined per user, for example read, write
or no access.
- Security can also be set to menu or function level so that you can
who runs global updates or imports etc.
- Login id’s and passwords are also set at system and database levels,
they can also be controlled in format and validity.
- Cintra HR provides users with a
highly configurable set of design tools, which are very easy to use. It
is very easy to add new tables, fields and also customise, and add new
screens.
- As well as designing your own screen
and fields you can specify calculations that manipulate data during the
reading or writing of information and also validations that check the
format and conditions before information is saved.
- Because the system is using a
Microsoft SQL database then external stored procedures and triggers can
also be introduced.
- Diary entries can be made manually
or against date fields within the system, they can also trigger
scheduler to run reports, mail merges and other definitions within the
system.

Ireland, we can provide a system which is fully compliant with the
requirements of the Fair Employment Commission.
