If you opt for a bureau service Cintra Payroll Services can manage all of the processes involved in running your payroll. Our service includes the option of nominating Cintra to pay over and send third party liabilities on your behalf. You have the flexibility to let Cintra manage all of your payroll liabilities or you can even nominate us to send some of the payments, the choice is entirely up to you.

How it works:

• Your dedicated bureau contact will send a payment schedule each month. This is automatically generated from calculated payroll values
• Once these have been signed off by you we will do the rest.
• We will send the payment file, send any remittance advice and even liaise with third party companies when necessary.

• We will reconcile your P35 at year-end to the amounts generated and paid over by Cintra
• All payments are sent by BACS transfer which is secure and full audited
• HMRC payments which are made electronically rather than by cheque have a deadline of 22nd compared with 19th by cheque.
