Cintra Payroll Services is fully approved by the
HMRC. They visit us once a year and thoroughly test our software to ensure it
performs according to the current, published HMRC Standard and the
relevant sections of the HMRC Quality Standard. They perform
more than 3000 test scenarios to ensure our software performs to this Standard.
Cintra has been approved for the last 5 years and the most recent audit was in
November 2006. Cintra Payroll Services are committed to maintaining this standard
and were one of the first companies to achieve it.
Cintra Payroll Services are fully accredited by BACS. Our systems, procedure and
premises are regularly checked by BACS’ auditors.
The auditors rate Cintra Payroll Services in five categories:
- Bureau Organisation and Financial Standing
- Physical Security
- Computer operations
- Application and Systems support
- BACS processing and Operations
Cintra were recent winners of the ‘Payroll
Software Provider of the Year’ at the National Payroll Awards Ceremony in
London. This award recognized the outstanding efforts and commitment that our
Bureau Team puts in on behalf of our clients.
